In this release we have provided the feature to manage the Gift Certificates, email the gift certificate, use gift certificates to recharge the customer’s account, Sales by Item Report, Displayed gift certificate relevant transactions on the Closing Report, Provided option to void or refund the transactions which are done using gift certificate, Made some improvements on the User List, Back-Office Transaction widget, Customer Account Payment widget, Aircraft Hous Flown summary and Detailed Report.
FBO-1949: Provided feature to manage gift certificates
In this release we will be providing feature to manage the gift certificates in which user can create, edit and view the gift certificates.
On the side navigation bar we will be adding a new menu item named Gift Certificate. On clicking this menu item the Gift Certificate list will open.
To create a new gift certificate click on the fab button (+ icon) the Create Gift certificate popup will open. On this popup on entering the mandatory details and clicking the Create Certificate button the gift certificate will be created and will be displayed at the top of the gift certifiactes list.
To update an existing gift certificate click on the edit icon for the corresponding gift certificate in the glift certificates list the Update Gift Certificate Details popup will open. On this popup on changing the desired details and clicking the Update Certificate button the gift certificate details will be updated and the changes will be displayed immediately in the gift certificates list.
To view the details of an existing gift certificate as readonly click on the view icon for the corresponding gift certificate in the gift certificates list the Gift Certificate Details popup will open as readonly.
FBO-3279: Provided feature to email the Gift Certificate
In this release we will be providing feature to email the gift certificate.
On the gift certificates list on clicking the email (@) icon under Action column the Email Gift Certificate popup will open. On this popup on entering the email and clicking the Send button the gift certificate will be emailed at that email address.
FBO-3218: Provided option to recharge the customer’s account using gift certificate
In this release we will be providing option to recharge the account using gift certificate.
On the invoice in the Customer Account Payment section we will be adding the Gift Certificate option in the Mode of Transaction drop-down and adding an input field to enter the Gift Certificate number.
On selecting the Gift Certificate option from the drop-down the Gift Certificate# input filed will be enabled. On starting entering the gift certificate number the list of gift certificates containing it will be displayed. On selecting an gift certificate number from the list that gift certificate’s details will be displayed on a popup.
On closing the popup the Reamining Balance of that gift certificate will be auto populated in the Amount field and user can change it. On entering the PIN and clicking the Add to Account button the amount will be added to the customer’s account.
The same feaure is provided on the Customer Account Payment widget/popup also.
FBO-3260: Created Sales by Item Report
In this release we will be creating the Sales by Item Report to find out the sales of the selected item(s) in the selected date range.
On the side navigation bar under Report we will be adding a sub menu item named Sales By Item. On clicking this sub menu item the Sales by Item Report will be displayed.
On selecting the item(s) and chaging/selecting the other filters and clicking the search icon the sales report of those items will be displayed.
FBO-3282: Improved the Closing Report
In this release we will be making some improvements on the Closing Report. If there are any Gift Certificate related transactions in the selected date range then we will be showing the Gift column on the closing report by default otherwise it will not be displayed by default.
FBO-2478: Improved the User list
In this release we will be making some improvements on the User list. We will be adding the Username column, adding the filter menus on the columns, replacing the Search by First Name and Last Name filters with a single Search by Name filter, removing the refresh icon and doing some UI improvements.
FBO-3249: Improved the Back-Office Transaction widget
In this release we will be making some improvements on the Back-Office Transaction widget. We will be replacing the Customer drop-down with more user friendly searchable drop-down, improving some validation messages, showing message if timeout occurs and doing some UI improvements.

In this release we will be making some improvements on the Customer Account Payment widget. We will be replacing the Customer and Payment Method drop-downs with more user friendly drop-downs, improving some validation messages, showing message if timeout occurs and doing some UI improvements.
FBO-3213: Improved the Aircraft Hours Flown Summary and Detail Reports
In this release we will be making some improvements on the Aircraft Hours Flown summary and Detaild Reports.
On the Aircraft Hours Flown summary report we will be replacing the Active Aircraft and Inactive Aircraft drop-downs with more user friendly drop-downs, improving the validation messages, showing the spinner on clicking the search icon, improving the tooltip and doing some other UI improvements.
On the Aircraft Detailed Hours Flown report popup we will be showing the spinner until data is not displayed on the popup, improving the sorting on some columns and doing some other UI improvements.
FBO-3251: Refunding the transaction through gift certificate and voiding the transaction done through gift certificate
In this release we will be providing the option to refund the transaction through gift certificate and voiding the transaction done through gift certificate.
On the Transaction Refund/Void popup will be adding the Gift Certificate option under the Mode of Refund drop-down. On selecting the Gift Certificate option from the Mode of Refund drop-down and clicking the Refund button the transaction will be refunded and a new gift certificate will be issued to the user whose transaction is refunded and this information will be provided in the success message.
On the Transaction Refund/Void popup for a transaction which is done through the gift certificate on clicking the Void button the transaction will be voided and a new gift certificate will be issued to the user whose transaction is voided and this information will be provided in the success message.
