FBO-4167: Excel Export in Pilot Management We have introduced an Excel Export feature in Pilot Management, enabling users to seamlessly export displayed data into an Excel file. FBO-4168: Auto Email Invoicing In this release, we have introduced the option to enable automatic invoice sending within User Management. By selecting the auto-send invoice icon, users will automatically receive all future invoices via their registered email addresses. Release 2.11.11

In this release, we have introduced Booking Cancellation report, contact us feature, Login backdrop improvements and included some minor fixes. FBO-3986: Booking Cancellation Report We’re excited to introduce our new Booking Cancellation feature. This report provides a comprehensive overview of canceled bookings within a given period, organized by cancellation type. In this release, we have introduced Group Management feature, optimized the closing report to enhance the user experience and included bug fixes for improved overall performance. Release 2.11.9

In this release, we have introduced several new features and improvements as, Improved visibility of the instructor’s name on the scheduler resource column, Handled discrepancies in the Maintenance Record, Implemented functionality to provide Instructor Flight Hours in the Instructor Management and Instructor Report, Implemented new fields to the Booking List, Displayed current date and time alongside the time zone on the scheduler, Implemented an option to automatically send invoices to students, Implemented functionality to send the closing report to the respective user for selected dates, Enhanced the closing report date fields and included AM/PM on the report, other bug fixes. FBO-3918: Improve visibility of the instructor’s name on the scheduler resource column In this release, we have improved the visibility of the instructor’s name on the scheduler. Hovering over the instructor’s name in the scheduler column will now display the full name. This enhancement is especially beneficial when dealing with long instructor names that are not fully visible in the scheduler column. FBO-3937: Handled discrepancies in the Maintenance Record In this release, we have handled the discrepancies on the maintenance record for the Pitot Static Certifi, Transponder Certific and ELT Cert maintenance service. The maintenance dates will now default to the last day of the respective maintenance month. FBO-3944: Implement functionality to provide Instructor Flight Hours in the Instructor Management and Instructor Report In this release, we’ve added new fields to the Instructor Management and Instructor Report to provide clearer and more detailed information about the instructors. FBO-3947: Implement new fields to the Booking List In this release, we’ve added new fields to Booking Management to provide precise details about the aircraft and instructor booking timings.   FBO-3956: Display current date and time alongside the time zone on the scheduler In this release, we’ve added the display of the time zone, date, and time of the current location of the aviation academy where the user is accessing the services. FBO-3960: Implement an option to automatically send invoices to students In this release, we’ve added a field to the user profile that enables the automatic sending of invoices. By selecting the auto-send invoice option, users will receive all future invoices via their respective email addresses. This feature ensures that users never miss an invoice, making it more convenient and efficient.   FBO-3969: Implemented functionality to send the closing report to the respective user for selected dates In this release, we’ve implemented a feature that sends the closing report data as a PDF to the email of the currently logged-in user. This enhancement provides users with more accessibility to the closing report. This feature ensures that users can easily get the closing report on their email and access at their convenience.

Release 2.11.8

In this release we are providing features like, Improved No Show charges functionality, Improved Medical Certificate Expiry Duration, Implemented a filter on Maintenance to select Maintenance Service Type, Implemented two new fields on Instructor Management, Implemented various features on scheduler as – Implemented a feature to show instructor’s biography, Implemented various views options on scheduler(week view, month view, agenda view etc.), Displaying time zone on scheduler, and some other bug fixes. FBO-3889: Improved No-Show charges feature In this release, we have enhanced the no-show charges configuration. No-show flight charges for aircraft and instructors will now be applied based on the configured rates. Additionally, these charges will be displayed on the no-show booking popup. Release 2.11.7

In this release we are providing features like, Implemented New Filters on Scheduler, Displaying Qualification of Instructors on scheduler resource list, Restricting Creating and Updating Past Bookings on Scheduler from Student, Improved the closing report response time, Implemented full screen and default view on scheduler, Improved Print All Invoice Functionality on Invoice menu, Redirecting to Scheduler when student is logged-in and some other bug fixes. FBO-3893: Implement New Filters on Scheduler In this release, we have implemented new resource filters in the scheduler. Now, when users access the Aircraft and Instructor filters, they’ll first see booked resources followed by available ones. FBO-3843: Implement Full Screen and Default View on Scheduler In this release, we’ve added a full-screen view feature to the scheduler, enhancing the user experience for checking bookings. FBO-3897: Display Qualification on Instructor resource column on Scheduler In this release, we’ve enhanced visibility of instructor qualifications by displaying them directly on the instructor resource column. FBO-3892: Redirecting to Scheduler on login when logged-in user is student In this latest release, we’ve introduced a new feature for students. In this release, we’re introducing several new features, including the implementation of a new maintenance service called “Oil Change,” enhancements to the Two Factor Authentication Enrollment Functionality, user interface improvements on Fuel Transfer, and various bug fixes. FBO-3887: Implement a new maintenance Service “Oil Change” for Aircraft Maintenance We have introduced an additional service for aircraft maintenance named “Oil Change”. Users will be able to add maintenance record under oil change service. And users will get a warning on dispatch component if any aircraft’s oil change maintenance is due. In this release, we are providing features like Changing the Login page background according to events and Festivals, Blurring the background on session inactivity, A feature to display dashboard stats and charts, changing the Gift Certificate Template while sending mail, Improving the UI of the setup pin feature, Updating the organization details will not change organization-related data in existing invoices, and some other UI improvements and bug fixes. FBO-3836: Change login page background according to Events and Festivals In this release, we’ve introduced a dynamic feature allowing the login page background image to adapt according to significant events and festivals, enhancing the platform’s thematic experience and reflecting timely occasions for users.   FBO-3788: Dashboard stats and Charts Dashboard stats and charts represent data into digestible and actionable insights. These visual representations offer data related to Bookings, Flights, Invoices,  Transactions, and Instruction Hours. By condensing multifaceted information into intuitive displays, dashboard stats and charts empower users to keep a record of all the above-mentioned data in one place. FBO-3819: Blur the background on session inactivity In this release, we’ve introduced a feature that automatically blurs the background when a user’s session becomes inactive. This added layer of security enhances confidentiality by obscuring displayed data, and safeguarding sensitive information from prying eyes during idle periods.   FBO-3597: Change Gift Certificate Template while sending on mail In this release, we’ve revamped the email-delivered gift certificate template to elevate user satisfaction and usability. FBO-3813: Improved the setup pin feature User Interface In this release, we’ve enhanced the user interface of the setup pin popup. FBO-3842: Improved the Dispatch Correction popup user Interface In this release, we’ve refined the user interface of the dispatch correction popup, repositioning the heading and realigning the Tach out and Tach in numbers positions for improved visual clarity and consistency. FBO-3768: Updating the organization details, organization-related data in past invoices will not change In this release, organization details are now stored in the archive. Any updates to organization information won’t impact the existing data on invoices, ensuring the preservation of previous records and maintaining consistency in invoicing.

FBO-3423: On Reports, show filtered data details on the heading In this release, we’ve introduced a feature that displays filtered data details in the headings of all reports. This enhancement aims to offer users a clearer understanding of the filtered data directly from the report headers, improving their overall experience. FBO-3425: Replace popups with full-page layout In this release, we’ve opted for full-page layouts instead of popups across multiple screens such as Aircraft Management, Fuel Management, Fuel Transfer, and Expense. This improvement is geared toward enhancing user comprehension and elevating their overall experience by offering more expansive views and interactions within these areas. FBO-3464: Replace the Status field from drop-down to toggle button In this release, we’ve chosen toggle buttons over dropdown menus across multiple screens such as Asset Management, Inventory Management, Aircraft Management, Gift Certificates, Fuel Management, Fuel Storage Management, and Organization Details, aiming to enhance the user experience. This change offers users a more intuitive and efficient way to interact with the system. FBO-3555: User Profile Redesigning In this release, we’ve redesigned the user profile screen, introducing new functionalities. Logged-in users have access to their personal information, profile pictures, as well as additional details such as flight history and invoices. In this release, we are providing features like Design Menus Box to open from the Search Bar, Marking menu items as Favourite, Checking recently visited menu items history, Designing a sub-menu page for each menu item, Creating separate tab for Maintenance by Tach and Maintenance by Date list, Feature of resetting and cloning a template on template management, Reminder Template, Option to login with either username or email, Asking for the current password when the user is changing the login password from the “change password” option, Asking for the current password when the user is updating the PIN. We have also improved some functionalities as the functionality to immediately auto refresh the template list everywhere it is used If any changes are done in template management and the functionality to update the quantity in invoice as per selected available items on dispatch, and other UI improvements and bug fixes.   FBO-3476: Design a Menu item box to open from the search bar To enhance user experience, we’ve implemented a search feature allowing end users to conveniently explore and view all menu items directly from the search bar. Users have the flexibility to mark specific menu items as favorites according to their preferences. Additionally, users can reset template data to its default values, providing greater flexibility and convenience in managing and customizing templates according to specific needs. For more information, click here.   FBO-187: Reminder Template With a motive to update users’ information regularly, we are providing a feature of the reminder template.
