In this release we have displayed that whether the transaction is done by Back-Office or not, have added additional security for adding amount to customer’s account by asking for PIN, provided option to delete the solo expiry date, provided option to cancel the dispatch from the booking list and provided option to correct the Tach from the Flight Report and Booking List.
FBO-3050: Displayed that the transaction is done by Back-Office or not
In this release on the transaction list, we will be displaying that the transaction is done by Back-Office or not .
On the transaction list we will be adding a By Back-Office option in the column chooser. On selecting this option and clicking the OK button the By Back-Door column will be displayed in the transaction list with values Yes and No so user can easily know that whether that transaction is done by Back-Office or not.
FBO-2569: PIN requirement for adding amount to the customer’s account
In this release we are providing PIN feature in the Customer Account Payment section on the invoice and also on the Customer Account Payment widget .
We will be adding new feature to Location Management to enable PIN (passcode) requirement for transaction.
if PIN requirement is “ON” for a location, PIN will be required for adding amount to the customer’s account.
FBO-2989: Provided option to delete the Solo expiry date
In this release we are providing option to delete the solo expiry date for the pilot if the solo expiry date is set for the pilot.
We will be showing the delete icon in the solo expiry section on the add and edit pilot information popup windows if the solo expiry date is set for that pilot. On clicking the delete icon the solo expiry date will be deleted for that pilot.
FBO-3070: Cancel the dispatch from Booking List
In this release we are providing option to cancel an dispatched out flight from the booking list.
We will be showing the close icon under Action column on the booking list. On clicking this close icon the dispatch will be canceled.
FBO-2872: Tach correction from flight report
In this release we are providing option to correct the Tach of the subsequent flights of an aircraft from the flight report.
We will be showing right icon under Action column on the flight report. As by default only the dispatched out flights are displayed on the flight report so to use this feature first uncheck the Dispatched option from the Flight State drop-down and click the search icon. Now click on the right icon under Action column the Dispatch Correction window will popup.
On the Dispatch correction popup on entering the New Tach In and clicking the Show Dispatches that will be corrected button then list of dispatches that will be corrected is displayed.
Now on clicking the Correct Dispatches button the subsequent dispatches will be corrected as per the list.
FBO-3071: Tach correction from booking list
In this release we are providing option to correct the Tach of the subsequent flights of an aircraft from the booking list.
We will be showing right icon under Action column on the booking list. On clicking the right icon under Action column the Dispatch Correction window will popup. On the Dispatch correction popup on entering the New Tach In and clicking the Show Dispatches that will be corrected button then list of dispatches that will be corrected is displayed.
Now on clicking the Correct Dispatches button the subsequent dispatches will be corrected as per the list.
