In this release we have provided the feature to indicate the user that the request is under process, improved the booking list, displayed informative message on the edit aircraft popup below the Rental Method drop-down.   FBO-2748: Indicated the user that the request is under process In this release for transaction and dispatcher we are providing a new feature that on clicking a button a spinner will be displayed on that button until the request is processed. So that user will be aware that the request is under process. On clicking the transaction relevant buttons like Refund, Void, Pay from Account, Add to Account, OK button on the Customer Account Payment widget and OK button on the Back-Office Transaction widget a spinner will be displayed on that button until the request is processed. On clicking the dispatcher relevant buttons like Dispatch, Check In, Check In + Auto Transfer a spinner will be displayed on that button until the request is processed.   FBO-3001: On the invoice indicated the user that the request is under process In this release on the invoice we are providing a new feature that on clicking the Save or Issue button a spinner will be displayed on that button until the request is processed. So that user will be aware that the request is under process. On the invoice on clicking the Save or Issue button a spinner will be displayed on that button until the request is processed. FBO-2857: Improved the booking list In this release we are improving the booking list by enabling the Check In feature and option to print the Dispatch sheet. On the booking list we are enabling the Check In button for the dispatched out flights. On clicking the Check In button the dispatcher window will popup to check-in the dispatched out flight of that booking. On entering the required details and clicking the Check In or Check In + Auto Transfer button the flight will be checked-in. On the booking list we will be adding a print icon to print the dispatch sheet.   FBO-3007:Displayed informative message on the edit aircraft popup below the Rental Method drop-down In this release we are displaying an informative message on the edit aircraft popup window below the Rental Method drop-down if that aircraft is currently dispatched out. In the aircraft list on clicking the edit icon the Edit Aircraft  Information popup window appears. If that aircraft is currently dispatched out then we displayed an informative message below the Rental Method drop-down.  

In this release we have enhanced the solo expiry feature, provided option to filter the users by username, provided feature to generate the leaseback report for multiple aircrafts.   FBO-2686 Enhance the solo expiry feature In this release we are enhancing the solo expiry feature for setting or updating the solo expiry date for pilots. The solo expiry feature will be available only when the Endorsement Days in the location will be greater then zero.We will be replacing the 90-day solo date date-picker with the Solo Expiry Date date-picker and we will be adding a Solo Expiry Days drop-down and an edit icon on clicking which the Solo Expiry Date date-picker and the Solo Expiry Days drop-down will be enabled.the Solo Expiry Date date-picker and the Solo Expiry Days drop-down will be in sync so only one of them needs to be selected.The solo expiry feature will be visible only when the Student checkbox is checked under Certificates. If a pilot is already having the Student Certificate and if his Solo Expiry Date needs to to updated then simply change the Solo Expiry Date and click the right icon to update the Solo Expiry Date. FBO-2863: Filter the users by username In this release we are offering a new feature, filtering the users by Username. We will be adding a new filter named by Username on the User list. On entering the letters in this filter and clicking the search icon the users whose Username begins with those letters will be displayed.   FBO-2741: Generate Leaseback Report for multiple aircrafts In this release we are offering a new feature, generating the Leaseback Report for multiple aircrafts. In the side nav under Report, on clicking the Lease Back menu item the widget to generate the Leaseback report for multiple aircrafts will open.On selecting the aircrafts and changing the Date Range as per need and clicking the search icon the Leaseback Report for those aircrafts will be displayed in the PDF. 

In this release we have added additional security for paying the invoice by asking for PIN, provided feature to update Hobbs and Tach of aircraft,  provided feature to reset the password if user forgot its password, provided option to filter the dispatches by Dispatch Id, enabled the feature to regenerate the invoice on flight report, displayed the name of the user on the invoice who worked on it recently, immediately updated the user list on adding, editing and deleting an user.   FBO-2566 PIN requirement for paying the invoice In this release we are providing PIN feature on the invoice. We will be adding new feature to Location Management to enable PIN (passcode) requirement on invoice.if PIN requirement is “ON” for a location, PIN will be required to pay the invoice.   FBO-2740 Reset the password In this release we are making the Reset Password feature working. On the Login screen on clicking the Forgot Password? option we will be asking user to Enter the Email address. On Entering the Email address and clicking the Retrieve my password button we will be sending the reset password link in the email. On clicking the reset password link a window will appear to reset the password. On entering the New Password and Confirm Password and clicking the Reset password button the password will reset and user will be redirected to the Login page.   FBO-2789 On invoice – present who has last worked on it In this release on the invoice we are showing name of the person who recently worked on that invoice.   FBO-2849 Update Hobbs and Tach of aircraft In this release we are offering a new feature, updating the hobbs and tach from Aircraft List. We will be adding a meter icon under Action column in the Aircraft List. On clicking this icon a popup to update hobbs and tach of that aircraft will appear.On updating the values and clicking the Update or Cancel Dispatch and Update button the hobbs and tach will be updated.   FBO-2856 Regenerate Invoice from the flight report In this release we will be enabling the Regenerate button to regenerate the voided invoice from flight report.     FBO-2883 Filter the dispatches by Dispatch Id on Dispatch Report In this release we are offering a new feature, filtering the dispatches by Dispatch Id. We will be adding a new filter named Search by Dispatch Id on the Dispatch Report. On entering the Dispatch Id in the filter and clicking the search icon the dispatch matching that dispatch id will be displayed.   FBO-2346 Auto refresh the user list In this release we are immediately updating the user list on adding, updating or deleting an user. On adding a new user we will be immediately showing that user at the top in the user list.On updating the details of an user we will be immediately updating those details in the user list.On deleting an user we will be immediately removing that user from the user list.

In this release we have Redesigned Dispatcher, Added additional security for dispatching PIN Management, and added Chat to our support system, added options to swiftly navigate at many areas. FBO-2572 Reimagining Dispatcher In this release we are redoing the heart of Flight management, Dispatcher. We will be re-layout dispatcher, and we will improve for user input We will be adding new feature to Location Management to enable PIN (passcode) requirement on dispatches.if PIN requirement is “ON” for a location, dispatcher will require PIN to dispatch or check-in a flight.   FBO-2515 User PIN Management In this release we are offering a new feature, PIN Management. We will be adding a new menu item named Setup PIN in the User Profile menu.On clicking this Setup PIN menu item a popup will be opened to manage the PIN.On entering the PIN and clicking the Save button the PIN will be set for the logged-in user.On clicking the Delete PIN button the existing PIN of the logged-in user will be deleted.   FBO-2430 Swift Navigation from Edit User popup to Add Instructor popup In this release we are offering a new feature, Navigating from Edit User popup to Add Instructor Popup. We will be adding a button named Add as Instructor on the Edit User popup.On clicking this button the Edit User popup will be closed and the Add Instructor popup will open with that user’s information auto filled so that the user can be added to Instructor with ease.   FBO-2318 Renaming the menu item from Backdoor Transaction to Back-Office Transaction In this release we will be renaming the menu item from Backdoor Transaction to Back-Office Transaction and changing the heading on the Backdoor Transaction widget from Backdoor Transaction to Back-Office Transaction.   FBO-2660 provided navigation to Maintenance Report from the Report section in the side nav In this release we will be providing navigation to Maintenance Report from the Report section by adding the Maintenance Report menu item under the Report section in the side nav.     FBO-2665 On the dispatcher renamed the Check In + Auto Pay button to Check In + Auto transfer button In this release we will be changing the Check In + Auto Pay button to Check In + Auto Transfer button on both the dispatchers, as that is more close to what this button functions.   FBO-2117 Support chat system In this release we will be adding chat system to support echo system, through which you can send the message and queries, when support agent is available. When support agent is not available, you can still leave a message and that will be replied over the email.
