FBO-2633 Show the name of dispatch and check-in proxy users on flight report (flight list)

FBO-2628 On the new dispatcher show the selected aircraft’s Rental Method below the Flight Time

FBO-2618 Show the active inventory aircrafts and instructors also in the Available Items drop-down on new dispatcher and if any item is selected from the Available Items drop-down then disable the Check In + Auto Pay button
