In this release we have provided option to add new aircraft, pilot and instructor from the dispatcher, improved the validations for Username on creating a new user or editing the details of an existing user, made the Tach Hours uneditable on the edit maintenance record popup, completed the Asset Management, Fuel Management and Fuel Storage Management sub-features.   FBO-3089: Provided option to add new aircraft, pilot and instructor from the dispatcher In this release we will be providing option to add new aircraft, pilot and instructor information from the dispatcher. On the dispatcher we will be adding + (plus) icons near the Aircraft, Pilot and Instructor drop-downs.  On clicking a plus icon the corresponding add airacrft or add pilot or add instructor window will popup to add a new aircarft or pilot or instructor. On successfully adding a new active aircraft or pilot or instructor from the popup window and closing the popup the newly added aircraft or pilot or instructor will be added immediately in the corresponsing drop-downs on the dispatcher. On successfully adding a new inactive aircraft or pilot or instructor from the popup window and closing the popup the newly added aircraft or pilot or instructor will not be added in the corresponsing drop-downs on the dispatcher.   FBO-3137: Improved the validations on Username on creating or editing an user In this release we will be adding more validations on Username while a new user or editing the details of an existing user. On creating a new user or editing an existing user, we will not be allowing reserved words to be used as Username, we will not be allowing digits and special symbols as first letter of Username, we will be allowing only some specific special characters in Username and we will not be allowing Username having less than four characters.     FBO-3146: Made the Tach Hours uneditable on the edit maintenance record popup In this release we will be making the Tach Hours uneditable on the edit maintenance record popup.   FBO-2927: Fuel Management In this release we have completed the managing asset, managing fuel and managing fuel storage sub-features and are continuing work on the remaining features.      

In this release we have provided option to edit the aircraft, pilot and instructor information from the dispatcher, suggested the Username on creating a new user or editing the details of an existing user, allowed to add maintenance record for dispatched-out aircraft and continue the work on the Fuel Management.   FBO-1957: Provided option to edit the aircraft, pilot and instructor information from the dispatcher In this release we will be providing option to  edit the aircraft, pilot and instructor information from the dispatcher. On the dispatcher we will be adding edit icons near the Aircraft, Pilot and Instructor drop-downs. On selecting an aircraft or pilot or instructor the corresponding edit icon will be enabled. On clicking an edit icon the corresponding edit window will popup to edit the information.   FBO-2075: Suggested Username on creating or editing an user In this release we will be providing feature to suggest the Username of creating a new user or editing the details of an existing user. On the create new user popup on entering the First Name, Last Name and optionally the Middle Initials we will be showing the Username by making some combination of these values. If the Username is available then we will be showing the green tick near the Username field. If the Username is not available then we will be showing the red cross near the Username field and Hint for the available Username below the Username field. On editing the information of an user if the Username is edited and if that Username is available then we will be showing the green tick near the Username field. If that Username is not available then we will be showing the red cross near the Username field and Hint for the available Username below the Username field.   FBO-3098: Allowed maintenance for dispatched out aircraft In this release we removed the restriction of not allowing the maintenance for the dispatched out aircraft by improving the maintenance process.   FBO-2927: Fuel Management In this release we will be continuing working on the fuel management feature. We will be creating the user interface for Fuel Management.      

In this release we have provided option to No-show the booking, added a new category named OTHER for Inventory Management, immediately updated user list on activating/inactivating an user and created database tables and api calls for Fuel Management.   FBO-2867: Provided option to No-show the booking In this release we will be providing option to No-show the booking. On the booking list we will be an icon to No-show the booking. On clicking this icon the No-show booking popup will open.  On the No-show booking popup the No-show Time is auto-filled and can be changed as per need. On clicking the No-show button the booking will be done No-show and Invoice button will be displayed to view its invoice.   3106: Added a new inventory category In this release on the add and edit item popup, we will adding a new Category named OTHER and made the Category required for adding and editing any inventory item.   FBO-2890: Immediately update the Status in user list on activating or deactivating an user In this release we will be updating the Status immediately in the user list on activating or deactivating an user. On the edit user popup on activating or deactivating an user by clicking the toggle button its Status will be updated immediately in the user list.   FBO-2927: Fuel Management In this release we will be working on the fuel management feature. We will be creating the database tables and api calls for fuel management.      

In this release we have displayed that whether the transaction is done by Back-Office or not, have added additional security for adding amount to customer’s account by asking for PIN, provided option to delete the solo expiry date, provided option to cancel the dispatch from the booking list and provided option to correct the Tach from the Flight Report and Booking List.   FBO-3050: Displayed that the transaction is done by Back-Office or not In this release on the transaction list, we will be displaying that the transaction is done by Back-Office or not . On the transaction list we will be adding a By Back-Office option in the column chooser. On selecting this option and clicking the OK button the By Back-Door column will be displayed in the transaction list with values Yes and No so user can easily know that whether that transaction is done by Back-Office or not.    FBO-2569: PIN requirement for adding amount to the customer’s account In this release we are providing PIN feature in the Customer Account Payment section on the invoice and also on the Customer Account Payment widget . We will be adding new feature to Location Management to enable PIN (passcode) requirement for transaction.if PIN requirement is “ON” for a location, PIN will be required for adding amount to the customer’s account.   FBO-2989: Provided option to delete the Solo expiry date In this release we are providing option to delete the solo expiry date for the pilot if the solo expiry date is set for the pilot. We will be showing the delete icon in the solo expiry section on the add and edit pilot information popup windows if the solo expiry date is set for that pilot. On clicking the delete icon the solo expiry date will be deleted for that pilot.   FBO-3070: Cancel the dispatch from Booking List In this release we are providing option to cancel an dispatched out flight from the booking list. We will be showing the close icon under Action column on the booking list. On clicking this close icon the dispatch will be canceled.   FBO-2872: Tach correction from flight report In this release we are providing option to correct the Tach of the subsequent flights of an aircraft from the flight report. We will be showing right icon under Action column on the flight report. As by default only the dispatched out flights are displayed on the flight report so to use this feature first uncheck the Dispatched option from the Flight State drop-down and click the search icon. Now click on the right icon under Action column the Dispatch Correction window will popup. On the Dispatch correction popup on entering the New Tach In and clicking the Show Dispatches that will be corrected button then list of dispatches that will be corrected is displayed. Now on clicking the Correct Dispatches button the subsequent dispatches will be corrected as per the list.   FBO-3071: Tach correction from booking list In this release we are providing option to correct the Tach of the subsequent flights of an aircraft from the booking list. We will be showing right icon under Action column on the booking list. On clicking the right icon under Action column the Dispatch Correction window will popup. On the Dispatch correction popup on entering the New Tach In and clicking the Show Dispatches that will be corrected button then list of dispatches that will be corrected is displayed. Now on clicking the Correct Dispatches button the subsequent dispatches will be corrected as per the list.    

This release focuses on an improved way of viewing Leaseback Reports, and re-generating invoice with least efforts
Leaseback module is enhanced allowing you to generate leaseback report for multiple aircraft in a go. Adding colors to the reports, and most importantly, enabling you to email the reports directly from the FBOMaster portal to aircraft owners and customers.
Booking module is updated with an option to re-generate, a previously voided invoice of a booking, with single click.

In this release we have provided the feature to indicate the user that the request is under process, improved the booking list, displayed informative message on the edit aircraft popup below the Rental Method drop-down.   FBO-2748: Indicated the user that the request is under process In this release for transaction and dispatcher we are providing a new feature that on clicking a button a spinner will be displayed on that button until the request is processed. So that user will be aware that the request is under process. On clicking the transaction relevant buttons like Refund, Void, Pay from Account, Add to Account, OK button on the Customer Account Payment widget and OK button on the Back-Office Transaction widget a spinner will be displayed on that button until the request is processed. On clicking the dispatcher relevant buttons like Dispatch, Check In, Check In + Auto Transfer a spinner will be displayed on that button until the request is processed.   FBO-3001: On the invoice indicated the user that the request is under process In this release on the invoice we are providing a new feature that on clicking the Save or Issue button a spinner will be displayed on that button until the request is processed. So that user will be aware that the request is under process. On the invoice on clicking the Save or Issue button a spinner will be displayed on that button until the request is processed. FBO-2857: Improved the booking list In this release we are improving the booking list by enabling the Check In feature and option to print the Dispatch sheet. On the booking list we are enabling the Check In button for the dispatched out flights. On clicking the Check In button the dispatcher window will popup to check-in the dispatched out flight of that booking. On entering the required details and clicking the Check In or Check In + Auto Transfer button the flight will be checked-in. On the booking list we will be adding a print icon to print the dispatch sheet.   FBO-3007:Displayed informative message on the edit aircraft popup below the Rental Method drop-down In this release we are displaying an informative message on the edit aircraft popup window below the Rental Method drop-down if that aircraft is currently dispatched out. In the aircraft list on clicking the edit icon the Edit Aircraft  Information popup window appears. If that aircraft is currently dispatched out then we displayed an informative message below the Rental Method drop-down.  

In this release we have enhanced the solo expiry feature, provided option to filter the users by username, provided feature to generate the leaseback report for multiple aircrafts.   FBO-2686 Enhance the solo expiry feature In this release we are enhancing the solo expiry feature for setting or updating the solo expiry date for pilots. The solo expiry feature will be available only when the Endorsement Days in the location will be greater then zero.We will be replacing the 90-day solo date date-picker with the Solo Expiry Date date-picker and we will be adding a Solo Expiry Days drop-down and an edit icon on clicking which the Solo Expiry Date date-picker and the Solo Expiry Days drop-down will be enabled.the Solo Expiry Date date-picker and the Solo Expiry Days drop-down will be in sync so only one of them needs to be selected.The solo expiry feature will be visible only when the Student checkbox is checked under Certificates. If a pilot is already having the Student Certificate and if his Solo Expiry Date needs to to updated then simply change the Solo Expiry Date and click the right icon to update the Solo Expiry Date. FBO-2863: Filter the users by username In this release we are offering a new feature, filtering the users by Username. We will be adding a new filter named by Username on the User list. On entering the letters in this filter and clicking the search icon the users whose Username begins with those letters will be displayed.   FBO-2741: Generate Leaseback Report for multiple aircrafts In this release we are offering a new feature, generating the Leaseback Report for multiple aircrafts. In the side nav under Report, on clicking the Lease Back menu item the widget to generate the Leaseback report for multiple aircrafts will open.On selecting the aircrafts and changing the Date Range as per need and clicking the search icon the Leaseback Report for those aircrafts will be displayed in the PDF. 

In this release we have added additional security for paying the invoice by asking for PIN, provided feature to update Hobbs and Tach of aircraft,  provided feature to reset the password if user forgot its password, provided option to filter the dispatches by Dispatch Id, enabled the feature to regenerate the invoice on flight report, displayed the name of the user on the invoice who worked on it recently, immediately updated the user list on adding, editing and deleting an user.   FBO-2566 PIN requirement for paying the invoice In this release we are providing PIN feature on the invoice. We will be adding new feature to Location Management to enable PIN (passcode) requirement on invoice.if PIN requirement is “ON” for a location, PIN will be required to pay the invoice.   FBO-2740 Reset the password In this release we are making the Reset Password feature working. On the Login screen on clicking the Forgot Password? option we will be asking user to Enter the Email address. On Entering the Email address and clicking the Retrieve my password button we will be sending the reset password link in the email. On clicking the reset password link a window will appear to reset the password. On entering the New Password and Confirm Password and clicking the Reset password button the password will reset and user will be redirected to the Login page.   FBO-2789 On invoice – present who has last worked on it In this release on the invoice we are showing name of the person who recently worked on that invoice.   FBO-2849 Update Hobbs and Tach of aircraft In this release we are offering a new feature, updating the hobbs and tach from Aircraft List. We will be adding a meter icon under Action column in the Aircraft List. On clicking this icon a popup to update hobbs and tach of that aircraft will appear.On updating the values and clicking the Update or Cancel Dispatch and Update button the hobbs and tach will be updated.   FBO-2856 Regenerate Invoice from the flight report In this release we will be enabling the Regenerate button to regenerate the voided invoice from flight report.     FBO-2883 Filter the dispatches by Dispatch Id on Dispatch Report In this release we are offering a new feature, filtering the dispatches by Dispatch Id. We will be adding a new filter named Search by Dispatch Id on the Dispatch Report. On entering the Dispatch Id in the filter and clicking the search icon the dispatch matching that dispatch id will be displayed.   FBO-2346 Auto refresh the user list In this release we are immediately updating the user list on adding, updating or deleting an user. On adding a new user we will be immediately showing that user at the top in the user list.On updating the details of an user we will be immediately updating those details in the user list.On deleting an user we will be immediately removing that user from the user list.
